We flew to Utah last year and needless to say I am not a fan of flying. So to keep myself relaxed I used an essential oil blend called Peace & Calming. Just a couple drops in a handkerchief held over my nose, kept me cool as a cucumber.

I am also a certified reflexologist and I love to apply essential oils to the bottoms of the feet after the session to speed up the healing process. The client also experiences the continued benefits after they leave, that the calming oils provide.

I just recently became aware of Bach Flower Remedies, and the Bach Rescue Remedy mentioned in the attached article. What a wonderful way to calm anxiety and stress. It may not be everyone's cup-of-tea, but just like aromatherapy, I think it's great. Thanks

Have tried a few samples from Organic Apoteke (sold at Macys) and love them. The products have cleared up my skin in just a few days. I want to go out and buy the entire range but would love some expert advice. They work so well, I cant beleive these products are really organic????
