We flew to Utah last year and needless to say I am not a fan of flying. So to keep myself relaxed I used an essential oil blend called Peace & Calming. Just a couple drops in a handkerchief held over my nose, kept me cool as a cucumber.

I am also a certified reflexologist and I love to apply essential oils to the bottoms of the feet after the session to speed up the healing process. The client also experiences the continued benefits after they leave, that the calming oils provide.
